Return Policy

    Due to the personal nature of our products, returns are
  • ONLY ACCEPTED ON DEFECTIVE CLOTHING.
  • Shorts will be exchanged for the same item.
  • Defective products must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt, and another pair will be shipped to the customer.
  • Canceled orders, rejected orders, non-deliverable and undeliverable orders that are returned to us are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Custom Orders that we have started making before cancellation is received are subject to a 50% fee.
  • International orders that cannot be delivered, are non-returnable, and no credit will be issued.
  • All returns are subject to inspection before any credit or exchange is initiated.
  • Shipping is non-refundable on any orders that have left the casa.
  • Returns MUST be cleared with us, before you return them

 

Here's the deal.
Help us help you. Returns are a hassle for everyone. You're disappointed the clothes don't fit, We have disappointed a customer, etc..
We size our clothing my MEASUREMENTS. Not small, medium, or some number.
Telling us your size, doesn't help us a whole lot. Manufacturer's sizes (4,6,8,xs,s,med,) are arbitrary to some degree and can vary A LOT.
Tell us you're hips are 32, and we now know what we need to do to make your your new favorite pair of shorts, ever. Same with bikini tops. 34D, and you will get a phenomenal looking top that fits and will rock your world. Same with you 32A's out there..

 

IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, Please contact us BEFORE returning any clothing.

 

All merchandise we ship is in great, brand new condition. (We make it, so we would know).

If you receive a shipment with exterior packaging damage, or has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Please make sure the driver/postal carrier/postal worker notes the problem in his delivery record. Save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately. We will follow up on the claim.

The Company reserves the right to determine if any return meets our standards for returns.
Shipping is non-refundable in all cases.
Due to inspection, and internal procedures, credit may take up to 4 weeks before being issued.
