Blue booty shorts with Leopard Spots in Neon colors

They are actually JAGUAR spots..
but no one looks for jaguar spots..
These shorts are bright and colorful, but NOT very blacklight reactive..
so they won't "pop" under black light..

Since the waist and legs are ELASTIC..
there is stretch.
